Description

As Front of the House Staff at Lucky Wishbone, you're the face of the restaurant—serving up smiles, orders, and great customer experiences. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders, or handing out milkshakes, you help bring the warmth and personality Lucky Wishbone is known for.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
  • Take accurate orders at the counter or over the phone.
  • Handle payments and make change using a register or POS system.
  • Keep dining and front areas clean, stocked, and inviting.
  • Call out or serve completed orders with a smile.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, or the famous chicken.
Qualifications
  • No experience required—we’ll train you!
  • Outgoing, positive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to multitask while staying calm and friendly.
  • Punctual, reliable, and respectful with guests and coworkers.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
